Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Kathmandu – Rest and Orientation

  • Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu.
  • Receive a warm welcome and transfer to Sherpa Home Hotel Near Swoyambhunath Stupa
  • Rest and acclimatize after your journey.

Day 2Swoyambhunath Stupa, Marpha Monastery & Kora

  • Morning visit to the sacred Swoyambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) – an ancient symbol of spontaneous enlightenment.
  • Perform kora and offer butter lamps.
  • Short hike down to the peaceful Marpha Monastery, located beneath the stupa.
  • Optional visit to nearby smaller shrines around the hill.
  • Return to hotel and relax.

Day 3Mahakala Temple – Asan Market Tara & Chenrezig Shrines – Boudha Monasteries
