A deposit (as specified during booking) is required to confirm your trip.
Full payment must be completed before the trip departure date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
Cancellation by the client must be in writing (email accepted).
Cancellation fees apply as per our cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
In case of trip cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, natural disasters, political unrest), Adler Adventure Travel will make every effort to offer an alternative. Refunds are subject to supplier policies.
Comprehensive travel insurance (including medical, accident, evacuation, and trip cancellation coverage) is mandatory for all participants.
Clients must provide proof of insurance before the trip begins.
Participants must be in good health and physically fit for the activities they choose.
It is the client’s responsibility to seek medical advice before booking.
Adler Adventure Travel acts as an agent between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.). We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or expenses caused by third-party providers, natural disasters, or political events beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.
Itineraries may be modified due to weather, safety, or local conditions.
We reserve the right to make necessary adjustments in the best interest of clients’ safety and experience.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Nepalese courts.
